Rainey Dog Ranch currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because many of our products are made in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@raineydogranch.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@raineydogranch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details about the issue. Photos are always helpful.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
