At Rainey Dog Ranch, we want you (and your dog) to love every order.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on dog treats. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out. We’re here to help.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@raineydogranch.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are always helpful.

If something simply isn’t a hit with your dog, let us know! While we can’t guarantee refunds based on individual preferences, we’re happy to review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.
